Your employer has signed up Effectory B.V., located at Singel 126, 1015 AE in Amsterdam, to perform a survey. This can be an employee survey or other feedback tool from Effectory’s product offering. Logging in securely

Effectory is responsible for processing personal data collected through these websites. Effectory believes that the responsible use of personal information on its websites is necessary for its business interests and reputation. 

What data do we collect from you?
The quantity and type of information that we receive from you on our websites depends on the information you provide via our contact pages and through registration processes on our websites. Effectory therefore processes your personal data because you have provided it to us yourself. The personal data that you actively provide to Effectory is incorporated in our secure data system (CRM [Customer Relationship Management system]).
